Biography

Auden's musical journey began when their sister encouraged them to play the clarinet in an after-school band program at nine years old. Since then, they have developed a passion for music and a love for wind instruments. Auden has played in several types of musical ensembles including orchestras, marching bands, jazz bands, symphonic bands, and chamber groups. Auden has performed as a clarinetist in several international honors ensembles that have performed at world-renowned venues including Carnegie Hall and the Muskiverian.

Auden currently is a student at the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at California State University Long Beach studying Music Education and Clarinet Performance under Dr. Helen Goode-Castro. They are a member of various ensembles at the conservatory including the Symphonic Band, the Woodwind Chamber Music Ensemble, and the CSULB Clarinet Choir.
